Wow...I've been out of the rain for the past few months - very busy and working on something new (more to come later on that)!
Seeing all the new names out there, I'd just like to say "hello" and "welcome" to the Rain! W/summer approaching, I'm hoping to find more time to blog on a regular basis...I've really missed my friends here, and hope to make some new ones!

Susan- You almost inspired me to write a post about people who disappear! I always wonder if they are just busy, or they dropped out of staging, or something worse (though what could be worse than dropping out of staging?)
Glad you are back, though you are being a bit mysterious!
Yay! She's back...but how do we know it's really HER??? lol - Julie
P.S. still can't send you email! Julie
Ok, Ginger - it's not something you can hold
Elaine - thankfully no roosters are involved
Anyone else? ;)
Tanya - thx for checking in!
Julia - maybe I now have ghost writer!?!? Re email, yea, the IT folks are working on it - don't take it personal. BTW, you know what my secret is, so no fair guessing!!!
Kathy, you should blog about disappearing rainers...it's funny how we come and go like the tide...
Mary Lou - I feel like I missed out on a lot of really good stuff!!! Will take awhile, me thinks!
Susan...can't hold it (wouldn't want to hold a rooster).
3)right??? Can you/will you make additional income from it? WE HOPE!
Glad to see you back! You've been missed.
Kathy
Ahhh Ginger, now you're talkin' girlfriend! The answer is yes, eventually! Actually, we all can!
Kathy - Thanks! It's great to be back!
Susan...ok now you're over the top...we ALL can. You gotta spill gf.
1)It's not a product (or I could hold it), 2)it doesn't have holdable feathers, 3)we can all make additional income from it eventually.....wish I was feeling clever....ELAINE or KAREN D. where are you with the clever/smart comment???? It's to late in the day for me to be either.
4)I give up...too tired. will check back in tomorrow.
bottlecouple of glasses of wine you recommended! ; ) When you're ready then. I'm sure we will all be interested to see what you've got going!Nicola - hmmmmm, not really. Although that idea is dreamy and less messy than real life! Ok, here's another clue - it will help your SEO and will not cost anything to participate.
Susan...honestly I didn't forget about you but I drank more than just a couple of glasses of wine after your suggestion and couldn't get up until now. (kidding)
But I return and find "help my SEO and at no cost"????? Oh girl you might just be heaven sent. When do we get to find out more? And am I going to miss out since I will be "disconnected" for three weeks in May.
Hi Ginger - Hmmmm, well, "it" will officially launch in the fall, but I will start beta testing it around the end of May. If you like, I'll wait til you're back! ;) Going on vacation? If so, where to?
Susan
Susan, Going to Hawaii and it may sound like it's a vacation but we purchased a vacation rental and we will be working on renovating it for the three weeks we're there. We might get in one or two snorkeling mornings just to revitalize the spirit. Aloha...see you the first of June, unless I can get wired-up over there.
Oh that sounds dreamy! Can't wait to see the before/after pics! Aloha!!!

I cant wait to find out what you are working on. I want to know if it is real estate related. I am wondering as are many agents how we can grind away in the current market. Let us know.
by the way, Do you have an outside blog that I can add to my Blogroll ?
Thanks and look forward to reading your thoughts on the world of real estate.
Welcome Back, I too am just returning after a few weeks away, When you are busy keeping up with AR is a bit difficult. Good to be back and good to see you back. Let's hear about your new project.
Phyllis Pafumi
Hi James - I should have a beta version ready for viewing by the end of July (that's my hope at least). I took the month of June off to transition from the Corp world and spend some fun time w/the kiddo's. I have 2 other "outside" blogs which you can see at www.roomsthatwork.com. More blogging news down the road as well!
Hi Physlis - Yes, it sure it tough to keep up w/AR, but it is so worth it! The new project will cover a more broad topic of home improvement and design. I've spent this past month figuring out how to balance kids and work. If anyone has the "secret" - let me know!
come on in, girlfriend! -- glad you are back!
Hmmmm, after reading these comments I am also DYING to know what your new thing is all about. How did you find the time to do that with kids? I can barely keep my kitchen and bathrooms cleaned, let alone get all of the projects done with Staging and kids.
